This issue could be caused by not being authenticated to the CipaFilter. The Direct Authenticator extension will authenticate you when you log in with your school's Google account. So if you're using Windows make sure your are logged into the Chrome browser. If you are logged in or using a Chromebook, try logging out and back in. If that doesn't work it could be an issue with another extension conflicting with the Authenticator. At this point you can choose to look through them yourself or submit a ticket and your computer tech will be happy to take a look at it.
